Every correction made to this site is recorded here, with the date and what changed. Nothing is quietly edited away. A reference site that hides its mistakes is asking to be trusted rather than earning it.
If you have found an error — a wrong chapter number, a mistyped character, a citation that does not say what I claim it says — please tell me. Corrections are credited to the person who reported them unless they ask otherwise.

How a correction is handled
- The report is checked against the primary source, exactly as a new entry would be.
- If it stands, the entry is amended and a dated notice is added to the entry itself.
- The change is listed on this page, in plain language, saying what was wrong and what it now says.
- If the error affected a verdict, the entry’s verdict is changed and the change is stated explicitly rather than swapped in silently.
